Houlihan Lokey served as the exclusive placement agent for Lorient in support of the fundraise. The fund closed on June 30, 2025.
Lorient has successfully closed fundraising for its third flagship vehicle, Lorient Healthcare Fund III, reaching its $503 million hard cap. Fund III enables Lorient to continue executing its disciplined operational approach to drive growth, enhance efficiencies, and maximize exit value across its portfolio companies. The capital raise received strong backing from Lorient’s existing limited partners as well as several new institutional investors who share the firm’s operationally focused, value-driven philosophy.
