Houlihan Lokey is pleased to announce that BioMatrix Specialty Infusion Pharmacy (BioMatrix), a portfolio company of ACON Investments (ACON) and Triton Pacific Healthcare Partners, has been acquired by Frazier Healthcare Partners (Frazier). Houlihan Lokey served as the exclusive financial advisor to BioMatrix. The transaction closed on June 21, 2024.
BioMatrix, headquartered in Plantation, Florida, is a leading national provider of home-based infusion services with clinical expertise in neurological diseases, immunology deficiencies, and transplants, as well as blood disorders. BioMatrix serves a diversified base of patients with more than 2,500 physician-referral relationships across all 50 states.
